“What can I do?” Adrien said desperately, his hand hovering over her back awkwardly as he contemplated how weird it would be to try and soothe her as his civilian self. “Please, Ladybug, there has to be something to do against Hawk Moth. There has to be something I can do…”
She mumbled something he couldn’t understand.
“Huh?” he said, crouching down on the floor next to her in an attempt to hear her better. “What was that?”
“C-Chat,” she cried weakly, her voice shaking. “I n-need Chat Noir.”
