There is a mafia group moving into Paris that seems to employ a new technological breakthrough known as a 'Miraculous.' Each 'Miraculous' is named after an animal, either mythological or real, and has a power similar to - but usually weaker than - an Ability. The current three that seem to be most-used in Paris are the 'ladybug,' which grants the ability to create things; the 'black cat,' which grants the ability to destroy things; and a third that causes Ability-like manifestations to periodically appear around the city of Paris. Informants in Paris do not know what exactly makes up either the manifestations or the 'users' of the 'ladybug' and 'black cat' Miraculous.
Or, Chuuya goes on a mission to Paris, Osamu goes along to annoy Chuuya, and there is a suspicious amount of criminal activity surrounding this one specific class.
