Miracle Cure doesn’t bring people back from the dead, it only brings their corpses back in time and heals their physical form. It can’t bring the life back into their eyes or bring their mind back into their brain.
Chat doesn’t seem to give a crap how Miracle Cure is supposed to function, and comes back all the same, utterly baffling Tikki.
