Marinette and Adrien have been dating since they were 14. She was always in love with him, he fell in love with her after realizing Ladybug wasn't obtainable. They have been happy... until now... four years later and Marinette as noticed that Adrien, who still models for his father, is allowing the models, including Lila, to hang off of him, kiss his cheek, and even flirt. She knows he loves her, but she is afraid that his feeling may be getting in the way of what he really wants.
Deciding to let go, Marinette gives Adrien an utlimatium. Take time to decide what he really wants. If they are to be together, she can't handle the constant worry that he might cheat, no matter what he says. She can't handle the possiblity of future what ifs.
The worst part of it all... she ends up sleeping with someone else after trying to drink away her sorrows, and ends up with an even bigger problem... she's pregnant.
