Chat had never seen Ladybug like this. She was normally so confident, so in control, but now it looked like she was falling apart at the seams. Her hair, normally in the classic pigtails that he knew and loved, was down to her shoulders and messy. Her face had no pink to it like it normally did, instead it was pale. Her eyes were wide and he could see them gloss over, clearly on the verge of tears. He can see the cracks in her demeanor as she struggles to get any words out.
